Responsibilities

• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for trading platforms and capital market applications.
• Utilize SQL to query databases and troubleshoot issues.
• Write and maintain scripts for automation and support tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve application issues.
• Ensure the seamless operation of applications in Unix and Windows environments.
