- Manage Supply Chain acquisition processes, including proposal stage and execution.
- Analyze markets and strategic sourcing to align with business goals.
- Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance; ensure on-time delivery, quality, and affordability.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of Supply Chain Professionals.
- Drive and execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects.
- Handle staffing, recruiting, training, and talent development.
- Negotiate contracts and manage major contractual milestones.
- Implement solutions to complex problems and identify areas for performance improvement.
