Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Oak Lawn, IL. Under the direction of the Regional Director, the Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and assist in managing aspects of the markets operations for the assigned Chicago, IL area accounts, staff, and client locations.
This position requires a flexible schedule that may be outside of the traditional Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm along with frequent travel across the market.
Qualifications
- Experience in security services management, operations, and leadership
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Previous law enforcement or military experience is a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
