You will take a lead role in helping drive quality outcomes through partnering closely with your hiring managers, Branch leadership and the Corporate Human Resources Team to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This role requires someone that is detail-oriented, goal-driven with demonstrated experience performing high volume recruiting for Security Industry roles with our clients.You are accountable for managing the hiring and selection process including quality candidate sourcing that meet the needs of your Hiring Manager and the Birmingham, AL Branch Office. You will have a strong focus on direct sourcing and will understand how to effectively leverage the employer brand and understanding of the opportunity to screen and attract top talent.
