DSJ Global Overview: DSJ Global is a globally recognized maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility with extensive expertise in engine component and accessory repair services.
Average Salary: The selected candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate between $25 and $32.
Working Schedule: This is a 2nd Shift Role, working from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Job Tasks:
- CNC Operations: Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, or hones machining equipment, to produce parts meeting specified requirements.
- Interpreting Technical Data: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Component Prioritization: Prioritize components for repairs to guarantee on-time delivery requirements are met.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on parts using precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and/or hones machining equipment as needed.
- Documentation: Document maintenance records of all repair work orders performed.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to ensure all parts meet strict aerospace standards.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant/technical work experience.
- Flexibility: Flexible to changing workloads/priorities based on customer requirements.
- Work Environment: Maintain an orderly and productive work environment.
- Quality Focus: Ability to function in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer operating skills (Microsoft Word).
