Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and management to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement processes.
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, supply chain) to understand business needs and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Drive sustainability initiatives in the supply chain and encourage suppliers to adopt ethical, environmentally responsible practices.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track procurement performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading procurement teams and managing high-value contracts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost reduction strategies.
