A fast growing, consumer products / retail company is hiring for a Director of Packaging Engineering based out of NYC (hybrid opportunity).

The Director of Packaging Development will be responsible for :

  • Leading the testing, design & validation of new packaging systems
  • Implementing cost savings initiatives
  • Material selection, packaging standardization & working cross functionally with Procurement, Product Engineering, and Operations
  • Overseeing the packaging team

The Director of Packaging Development must have :

  • 10 years of packaging development experience
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • CPG experience required
  • Bachelor's in Packaging Engineering or related
