What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics Manufacturing Quality Lead position at DSJ Global?
We are looking for an Electronics Manufacturing Quality Lead to join our team at DSJ Global. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products shipped from the plant and leading internal audits, corrective actions, and non-conforming material reviews.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement Statistical Process Control data collection.
- Lead customer quality resolutions, calibration processes, ESD programs, and product quality planning.
- Maintain compliance with FDA, ITAR, and other relevant regulations.
- Supervise the Receiving and Final Inspection Department, enhancing staff quality through proper selection, training, motivation, and guidance.
A minimum of five years of experience in quality-related roles within electronic assembly is required. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is also desired.
