Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach and develop a team of direct reports
- Manage and develop (or dissolve) contracts and relationships of 3rd Party Logistics service providers
- Manager relationships with logistics partners
- Manage global warehousing relationships and fulfillment operations
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep abreast of shipping rules, regulations, and the transportation market
- Responsible for managing overall company transportation cost for logistics-related services
