We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with leadership and staff to align HR strategies with business goals, promoting a high-performance and engaged workforce.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, including complaints and allegations, focusing on conflict resolution, accountability, and trust-building.
- Conflict Management: Handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- HR Expertise: Provide HR expertise tailored to the needs of a 24/7 operation, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to dynamic workforce requirements.
- Training and Development: Facilitate and deliver training programs to support employee development, compliance, and leadership growth.
- Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement in employee engagement and retention.
- Employee Recognition: Manage and coordinate employee recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Job Descriptions: Regularly update job descriptions and policies as needed.
- Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for entry-level, professional, and technical positions.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in salary planning, oversee the annual benefits open enrollment process, and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits programs.
- Workers' Compensation: Monitor workers' compensation claims and ensure timely communication between employees and insurance carriers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment supporting a 24-hour manufacturing operation.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems (Paylocity preferred), and compliance requirements.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple personalities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
