Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant functions in administration, production, quality, and maintenance to meet customer and regulatory standards.
- Analyze production data to identify and address non-conformities and ensure compliance.
- Drive operational excellence and leverage new technologies to maintain industry leadership.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and finances, promoting continuous improvement.
- Understand and manage the plant's P&L, assist in budget development, and meet financial reporting deadlines.
- Direct audits and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
