- Experience purchasing electronic components such as PCBs, circuit boards, passive components, and microwave products.
- Experience in either Aerospace and Defense or an Electronic Manufacturing background.
- Qualifying vendors, obtaining quotes, and sending out bids.
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Determine the lowest cost consistent prices.
- Preparing request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
- Working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting, and Quality/Engineering.
