Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Manager to oversee and manage all sanitation activities in our food manufacturing facility. Additionally, the candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Supervise and coordinate sanitation team members, providing training and support to ensure adherence to sanitation protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas requiring cleaning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper usage.
- Investigate and resolve any sanitation-related issues or complaints.
