DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the Receiving and Final Inspection Department. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the overall quality of products shipped from the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to ensure quality products.
- Establish effective communication with all departments regarding quality issues, program priorities, process audits, and other significant information.
- Oversee staff quality through proper selection, training, motivation, and guidance.
- Manage quality control interactions with vendors and customers' representatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, ITAR, and other relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in quality-related roles within electronic assembly. A background in lean manufacturing principles and ISO standards is also desired.
