Job Title : Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing
Location : Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid 3x per week in office)
Position Overview : As the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you will lead the development and execution of IT sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive sustainable sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage the sourcing process, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and establish criteria for supplier evaluation.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance collaboration and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present sourcing strategies and performance reports to the senior leadership team.
