Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, warehouse operations, and internal planning procedures including production scheduling and capacity planning.
- Direct inventory control, ensuring timely purchase, manufacture, movement receipt, and shipment of materials.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain activities efficiently, adhering to industry best practices.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, analyzing complex problems involving multiple facets of plant material flow.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and clear communication abilities in both oral and written formats.
- Strong understanding of business concepts/issues influencing decision-making across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems usage in manufacturing environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- APICS certification desirable but not mandatory.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
