OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Product Development Assistant in the construction industry. This role is crucial in supporting our product development efforts by ensuring accuracy in data entry, assisting in sample management, and collaborating closely with our product development team.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately enter and maintain product development data, including specifications, testing results, and project timelines.
- Organize and archive documentation related to product prototypes, iterations, and final specifications.
- Sample Management:
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of product samples throughout the development process.
- Prepare samples for model homes, ensuring timely delivery and retrieval.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development to support ongoing projects.
- Communicate effectively within the team to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the product development team as needed.
