Starts Administrative Assistant (Full Time) – Denham Springs, LA
Assist Permitting and Starts Coordinators with administrative and clerical duties.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Save all Plot Plans, Post Tensions, Elevation Certificates to proper shared file.
- Save all house plans to proper slab and frame start shared files.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies.
- General office duties familiarity with basic office equipment.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Requires basic analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, upbeat demeanor with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
