Responsibilities :
- Ability to drive sales and profitability by setting and achieving annual sales targets for distributors, expanding both existing and new product portfolios.
- Oversee exclusive and non-exclusive distributor pipelines via CRM, ensuring prompt complaint resolution and adherence to service levels.
- Work closely with the Regional Commercial Manager to define pricing strategies, forecast sales, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, share insights with the commercial team, and utilize systems for accurate sales, budget, and forecasting management.
- Leverage financial acumen to develop business cases for new opportunities and manage internal complexities across business units.
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong leadership skills to drive incremental growth in a dynamic, competitive environment.
