Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Chillicothe, IL - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Support lab testing of electric drive components and systems – performance and durability testing
Typical task breakdown:
- Planning and documentation of laboratory based testing and validation
- Setup and Execution of laboratory based testing
- Data analysis and documentation of results
- Inspection and documentation of Devices Under Tests (DUTs)
- Collaboration with peer organizations such as component and system design, component controls, component virtual product development, and others.
- Collaboration with laboratory support teams such as skilled trades, facility design, and facility controls.
Interaction with team:
- Daily collaboration with other test engineers and technical experts

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering. 0 – 5 years of Experience
- Will also consider individuals with a High School degree or Equivalent and relevant hands-on experience such as Mechanic, Electrician, Farming, and Military Service. 5 years of experience.
