Job Description
- As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling dSPACE products and services within a designated set of automotive accounts.
- You will maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with dSPACE technical experts and marketing colleagues to bring our full range of products and service offerings to your accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to create revenue generation opportunities by offering dSPACE products and services.
- Communicate necessary information to successfully monitor and close business opportunities.
- Keep an updated understanding of evolving automotive technology trends and communicate customer needs with the dSPACE engineering team.
- Develop adequate knowledge of dSPACE products and prepare presentation materials to present our offerings to customers based on their application needs.
- Create and execute account plans for assigned accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and forecasts to achieve expected annual bookings targets.
- Position dSPACE as the key partner for customer development project needs for simulation, testing, and validation.
- Represent and promote dSPACE products in the industry by participating in marketing events, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with sales administration to properly respond to customer quotation inquiries, update sales progress in CRM, and complete the sales cycle.
