Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to; quote generation, correspondence with customers, order processing and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate customer training and administrative tasks, such as managing registrations and scheduling, issuing training certificates, invoicing, and others.
- Cross departmental cooperation with engineering, accounting, production, shipping, and marketing to ensure smooth sales operations and customer deliveries.
