We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our Account Manager team and our training department. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in managing administrative tasks, supporting sales activities and ensuring a smooth workflow within the sales department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to; quote generation, correspondence with customers, order processing and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update customer records, assist with customer portals and address inquiries via email/ phone, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate customer training and administrative tasks, such as managing registrations and scheduling, issuing training certificates, invoicing, and others.
- Order, schedule and setup onsite breakfast and lunch for training classes
- Manage in-person morning sign-ins and setup for training classes
- Coordinate product evaluations and loaner systems with customers
- Cross departmental cooperation with engineering, accounting, production, shipping, and marketing to ensure smooth sales operations and customer deliveries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software (MS Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
