We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order status, materials handling, and warehouse management.
- Assist customers with order picking and packing processes to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing orders.
- Collaborate with the logistics team on transportation management and demand planning to optimize delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding their orders or services provided.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely processing of packages and efficient materials management.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with materials management principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of order picking, packing procedures, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in managing customer requests.
