DSW Homes is seeking an experienced, reliable and results-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to augment its growing company. The Accounts Receivable Clerk reports to the Corporate Services Manager. Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, proficient in communication skills with timely follow up, uphold high value for confidentiality, a strong attention to detail and exemplify integrity, passion, and professionalism.
Responsibilities and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 2 years
- Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) experience a huge plus
- Previous experience with Residential Construction preferred
- Microsoft Office with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Heavy Excel experience
- Adobe Acrobat
- Must be able to work independently – see a problem and proactively solve it.
- Team player a must
- Detail oriented and very organized
- Multi-location experience.
- Must be able to handle on the fly questions and requests from upper management with ease
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
