Job Responsibilities
The Proposal Estimator is responsible for meeting bid date schedules and deadlines for residential projects. This includes reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing responsive bid submissions.
Requirements:
- Experience with residential construction is required.
- College education in Construction Management or equivalent is required.
- Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy is required.

The Proposal Estimator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
