DSWA is on a mission to find a skilled professional. We are looking for an individual with 1-3 years tax and accounting experience. Our firm provides tax, accounting and audit services to individuals, small businesses, and governmental entities. Audit experience a plus, but not required. This is a full time position with benefits and potential to advance. We are seeking an organized individual that is self-motivated.
Example of job related responsibilities :
Preparation of individual and business tax returns
Work with business and individual clients
Prepare detailed accounting records, including journal entries and reconciliations
Compile client data into trial balance format
Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills, Abilities and Characteristics
- Ability to apply principles of accounting to analyze and prepare financial information
- Accounting degree a plus
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
