Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at DTA Tumbling as a Receptionist, where we are currently seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and dedicated individual for our Lindon location.
Responsibilities:
- Greet athletes and parents as they arrive for classes.
- Answer phones, respond to texts and emails promptly, and assist parents and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies.
- Utilize e-mail templates while personalizing interactions with parents, families, and coaches.
- Be well-versed in our gym's policies and procedures to assist coaches, families, and visitors effectively.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and requests for exceptions from families while upholding gym policies.
- Handle phone calls confidently and craft informative yet friendly emails.
- Multi-task efficiently, managing multiple communication channels simultaneously while maintaining productivity.
- Attend monthly desk team meetings outside of regular hours.
Requirements:
- We're hiring for front desk shifts from Monday to Thursday, between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Our ideal candidate will have availability for a minimum of two evenings per week within this time frame, Monday through Thursday.
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- **Experience & Familiarity in the Industry of Tumbling, Dance, Cheer, Gymnastics or related fields.**
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to navigate through and follow established policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and confident handling of customer inquiries.
- Capability to multitask effectively and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Flexibility to attend monthly desk team meetings outside of regular hours.
