The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of crucial, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.
Being a member of the IT Change Management team you will be responsible for implementing Change and Release Management objectives, including design, implementation, institutionalization, and maintenance of the framework. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Change Management Associate Director to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability in change management, with a deep understanding of ITIL v3 and v4 implementation standard processes. Working with the Director of IT Change Management, the Associate Director will be responsible for collaborating on the strategic direction of our change management processes and their evolution, while working collaboratively with multi-functional teams.

A key construct of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with the Engineering organization, the Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, the DevSecOps organization as well as our operational support teams to ensure that this organization provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and drive change management process improvements and dependent project initiatives.
- Engage with key partners such as developers, business unit leaders and engineers to identify and implement key process improvement opportunities.
- Measure the effectiveness of key process indicators and establish reporting mechanisms.
- Present and communicate change management process improvement updates and results to senior management.
- Provide interpersonal support for the enterprise change management practice.
- Guide and support a team of change management professionals, providing in leading change initiatives and integrating, rationalizing business as usual processes and reporting against standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with groups and individuals across the enterprise as needed on change related matters and respond to change related questions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Detailed knowledge of ITIL v4 standard methodologies and confirmed experience in implementing ITIL processes within complex organizations.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, ITIL Managing Professional, or Change Management Practitioner are highly desirable.
- Expert level knowledge of how to handle and design processes within workflow management platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, DevOps, Scrum and Kanban.
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure subsystems on Mainframe, Distributed and Cloud platforms.
- Experience in creating automated and ad hoc management and control reports from one or more data sources with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate and Cognos.
- Ability to work closely in a cross-a multi-functional fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
