In addition, the Senior Payroll Associate will maintain necessary vendor relationships and ensure payroll tax payments are in compliance with applicable county, state and local payroll tax laws.Your Primary Responsibilities : Responsible for the day-to-day payroll processing, accounting, analysis and reporting in accordance with all applicable country, state and local lawsEnsure accurate and timely payment and reporting compensation payable to employees, creating payroll and tax funding memo wire requestsEnsure payroll tax reporting and remittances are timely and in compliance with applicable county, state and local tax lawsSupport internal and external audit requestsCollaborate with various internal departments including Accounting / Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Employer Relations and TreasuryAlign risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate riskNOTE : The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.Qualifications : Minimum 6 years of related experienceBachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success : FPC or CPP preferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Oracle HCM or a cloud-based Payroll system preferredWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
