Duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to keep records up-to-date.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
  • Support office operations by maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive office atmosphere.

Skills

  • Proficiency in managing phone systems for effective communication.
  • Strong calendar management skills to coordinate schedules efficiently.
  • Experience as a clerk or in an office environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
