Chief IT Procurement Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• Search and support for suppliers of goods, contractors for the performance of works / provision of services in the following areas of procurement: - IT: goods and services (equipment, consumables, tools), procurement of works, services, software, subscriptions, telecommunications services, communication services, etc.
• Organization and support of competitive procedures in accordance with the requirements approved by the Company
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers/contractors in terms of agreeing on target indicators of payment terms, delivery terms, warranties, cost of purchased goods, works and services, other conditions and fulfillment of contract terms
• Participation in interaction with internal customers on procurement process issues and provision of consulting support, verification and clarification of technical tasks
  
  

Basic Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT procurement
• Experience working with foreign economic activity contracts (preferred)
• Experience with complex contracts and knowledge (TSO)
• Experience working with tender platforms
• Knowledge of the IT market and its features (products, areas, market players)
• Basic knowledge of business economics and contract structure
• Intermediate level of English language proficiency
