Technical Program Manager with Scrum Master

Need not just simple banking client exp is enough- financial services exp is needed as well which other then banking also includes -

banking, brokerage, mortgages, credit cards, payment services, real estate, taxes and accounting, and investment funds.

Requirement:

Databricks / Python experience is required.

Banking and other Financial domain experience is required.

Jira SQL is a must.

Databricks Certification would be nice to have (Not a must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is working smoothly and effectively.
• Help the team follow Agile principles, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and financial experts to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use your knowledge of Databricks to guide the team.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and help resolve them to keep the project on track.
