We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.
DTI has an immediate need for a HR Operations Analyst for a contract role.

Hybrid opportunity in Chicago IL
The HR Operations Analyst position is responsible for supporting the HR division as part of the HR Operations Team. This position is also responsible for working with all CME workers to assist them with inquiries providing first level support and escalation to COEs as needed. This role is based in New York, NY and is hybrid.
- Support the US New Hire Onboarding process with reporting, new hire processing, I-9s, ensuring documentation and information is gathered on day one and entered into Workday, etc.
- Assist the Global Mobility and Immigration team with administration support including right to work checks, visa processing, I-9 reverifications, relocation and transfer support, and payment processing support.
- Complete ad-hoc Employment Verifications, outside the automated process, for current and prior workers.
- Support the 2025 NY Summer Intern Onboarding process and coordinate/run all local Intern events.
- Regularly review and address all HR Jira tickets, providing first level support for all HR functions, escalating issues appropriately. Ensures SLAs are met with the highest levels of customer service.
- Perform first level process and technical support for all HR systems and escalates issues appropriately to HR Ops Manager or HR Tech.
- Partner with Employee Relations and HR Business Partner teams to support the off-boarding process for employees, leaver documentation (including severance agreements) and other administration.
- Support the Recruiting Team with Interview Scheduling for Perm and Contingent roles as needed.
- Support the Talent Management Team with cyclical and ad-hoc Project Support. Support Workday Learning and course creation.
- Review, audit and ensure integrity and compliance of the transactional data into Workday HCM, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes.
- Maintains HRIS data integrity through data audits ensuring path to resolution when discrepancies are identified.
- Ensure all processes in full employee life-cycle are consistent across the regions, with awareness of local laws and regulations.
- Partner with HR users and liaisons within the organization to define requirements for ad-hoc report requests. Make recommendations, develop and test final reports using the Workday HCM or other HR systems. May require guidance from senior team members to validate complex requirements or to build the report in Workday HCM.
- Perform testing for system fixes and enhancements as well as Workday Release testing. Responsible for validating expected outcomes and executing regression testing. Provides recommendation to move into the production environment when testing has been successfully completed.
- Continuously review and update processes within HR documentation and user manuals.
- Fulfil any additional, ad-hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Workday and Google experience preferred. Familiar with Jira or similar ticketing system
Pay rate: $43-$48/hr on W2
