Job Description:
The Community Outreach Coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships through community outreach activities. This role develops sponsorship/business arrangements and relationships with businesses, individuals, schools, and other organizations interested in supporting DTLR's Community Outreach goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations such as schools and non-profit organizations in the regions where we operate.
- Program Development: Create new outreach programs online that align with the department mission and company objectives.
- Event Participation: Attend and speak at various public events and outreach engagements to promote our organization and build relationships.
- Idea Generation: Solicit ideas from local staff regarding projects in their region and evaluate them for feasibility and alignment with company goals.
