Full Job Description
Full service electronic security company seeks qualified candidates for a scheduling coordinator and customer/technician support position. This person must be an enthusiastic person who enjoys a fast- paced office environment to be part of our team. Applicants should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking, taking initiative, and being a team player are essential for this position. Experience with dispatching and working in the service industry are a plus.
Duties Include
- Answer phones and handle client’s questions and service requests
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Work order management
- Ability to create and maintain service technician’s schedule
- Technician management and tracking
- Continuously communicate with the technicians throughout the day
- Assists with all office related functions
- Communicate correspondence in a timely manner
- Answer texts from our website from current and prospective clients looking for more information about our services, set up an estimate, make a payment, etc.
- Assist and work with other departments
- Enter/update data at the central station
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience providing excellent customer service preferably in the service sector
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- An independent worker but also a team player
- Energetic and upbeat attitude
- Ability to multitask and switch gears quickly
- Ability to support multiple people simultaneously
- Understand importance of confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational skills, including ability to track a variety of information
