Job Summary : The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong knowledge of mixology, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender engages with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, manages inventory, and ensures the bar area remains clean and organized. A passion for crafting drinks and enhancing the customer experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and track drink orders accurately.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, good hygiene practices, proper clothing, shoes, and jewelry guidelines.
- Serve food and beverages promptly when needed and ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and promoting drink specials.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, and utensils, using dishwashing equipment when needed.
- Performs all other job-related duties as assigned
