What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Janitorial Cleaner position at Du-All Cleaning, Inc.?
Please Note: This position requires 2 years of verifiable commercial cleaning experience. This is not an entry-level cleaning position.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated areas: restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Available Schedules:
Sun-Mon-Wed-Thurs-Fri Overnight Cleaning (approximately 6 hours per night, 10pm start time)
Skills:
- 2 years of verifiable experience in commercial cleaning, references required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs, unassisted)
