Key Responsibilities:
Put People First:
- Put the needs of the customer first by proactively taking action to ensure successful completion of the application steps

- Facilitate the application signature, exam scheduling and medical interview processes
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold our quality standards and SLAs, including but not limited to completion of scheduled tasks and prompt email and voicemail returns
- Maintain open communication with clients with special focus on regular phone and email updates
- Operate with Excellence:

- Review new insurance applications with a focus on detail, accuracy, and completeness
- Assist customers with completion of application forms, while ensuring regulatory rules and guidelines are met
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Prepare and deliver forms and correspondences to insurance carriers and clients with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advise customers of any additional documentation or requirements needed to complete the application

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in roles that involve a combination of exceptional customer service, salesmanship and administrative duties is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with ability to work at a fast pace while effectively balancing customer needs and meeting hard deadlines.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while handling interruptions and without compromising accuracy or efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to effectively explain concepts that are unfamiliar to clients.
- Exceptional teamwork skills with ability to work effectively and harmoniously with a team to achieve common goals.
- Ability to react to change in a productive and positive manner.
Skills:
- Typing WPM of 40
- Experience navigating multiple screens and systems at once with swift keyboard proficiency.
- Experience with MS Office programs.
- Previous experience in a call center is highly desired.
- 2 years related experience in customer service is preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Must have a dedicated work space in which you can focus for your entire shift without distractions.
- Must have a quiet space while speaking on the phone with customers.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM minimum with 95% accuracy.
- Must have minimum internet speed of 50MBps to qualify for remote work.
