Summary
Our company is looking for an ambitious detail oriented individual. Responsible for supporting the Commercial Service Department’s Sales Team. No previous construction experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage our Planned Maintenance (PM) contract renewal process including reaching out to customers for contact renewal and updating contract verbiage as well as price
- Manage the PM contracts due to be performed each month including ordering any job-specific PM materials while working with dispatch on scheduling the monthly services due
- Follow up with customers after PMs or large projects are completed to get customer feedback and communicate on any quotes coming their way from the inside sales team for all house accounts not assigned an account manager
- Update contact info and check for not-to-exceed quote value agreements during these check-ins and follow-ups
- Pass on customer concerns to the appropriate manager for follow-up
- Field sales lead calls and assign to the appropriate sales rep then follow up to be sure the customer received communication and their request was fulfilled
- Maintain a sales log for the team to capture all quotes sent and their status
- Participate in sales department meetings with weekly check-ins with individual sales representatives
- Perform administrative support for the sales team including customer reports, billing preference setups, account setups and help with putting together quotes as needed
- Weekly check of pending work report to ensure progress billings are being sent at appropriate times on large projects and completed jobs are billed in a timely fashion
- Manage our quote follow-up program called Marketing Pro
- Assist with timecard review and approval for the field personnel as needed
- Assist with overflow dispatch as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills including oral and written with an emphasis on communication over the phone
- Detail Oriented
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be a fast learner
