Role Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with Project Superintendent and Project Executive
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure all construction activities are compliant with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day construction operations, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
