Duane Morris LLP seeks a junior associate with at least 2-3 years of sophisticated, complex litigation and background in defending patent litigation cases for its growing Intellectual Property practice group. Candidate must have strong writing skills, an ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academics and research skills along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred; technical degree (EE/CS) preferred but not required. Candidate can sit in our Austin, Atlanta, D.C., Philadelphia, San Francisco or Silicon Valley office along with bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
The target annual salary range for this role is $235,000-$260,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses competitive with the market, incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
