About the Position
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electrical journeyman and apprentices on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a craft labor team effectively and ensure a good team working environment
- Lead by example and establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Coordinate field installations and project close-outs, as well as develop and maintain customer/client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Industrial Electrical Foreman: 3 years (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
