Industrial Electrical Foreman Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead our construction projects and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage assigned construction projects and field personnel to ensure timely completion within established budget and quality standards.
- Lead a team of up to three (3) apprentices or ten (10) Journeyman Electricians to plan layout, install, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring safe work practices in accordance with OSHA, Dubak Electrical, and Client Site Specific Safety Standards.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical techniques, including conduit installation, wire splicing, and circuit testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to direct and train helpers and apprentices.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, including drawings and specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
