As we expand our reach, we seek a well-organized paralegal to assist multiple attorneys with various daily and ongoing tasks.
DRC is searching for an exceptionally organized Litigation Paralegal to provide pivotal, temporary support to our team of distinguished attorneys. This role demands a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment, pays attention to detail, and commits to meeting tight deadlines. The ideal applicant will exhibit an exceptional ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with legal and administrative tasks.
- Conduct thorough legal and factual research, with the ability to adapt and learn new concepts and cases.
- Prepare essential materials for focus groups, client meetings, and trial preparations.
- Efficiently collect, organize, and manage client documents.
- Utilize legal research platforms such as Westlaw, Law360, and Bloomberg to create docket alerts, case research, and support legal proceedings.
- Craft e-binders from deposition outlines and prepare all necessary materials.
- Ensure cross-functional communication with internal departments.

Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms and databases, including Westlaw and PACER, alongside a thorough understanding of electronic filing systems such as ECF.  ;
Proven ability in organizing and synthesizing information, with a particular aptitude for creating detailed chronologies.  ;
Bachelor’s degree followed by at least 4 years of experience in Bigla w
Proficiency in of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  ;
Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, focusing on delivering clear, concise, and accurate legal documents.  ;
A track record of effectively managing multiple projects under tight deadlines; Demonstrates adaptability and flexible working hours, including overtime, to meet project deadlines.   ;
