Position Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work in our Adult Sexual Abuse Department in our NYC Office. Experience of 4 years with negligence and personal injury cases needed. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented. Experience reviewing medical records is a plus. Hybrid work schedule offered to staff based on length of employment and measurable productivity.

- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands, responses and authorizations
- Obtaining and exchanging medical records
- Court filings
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Litigation experience preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
