Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Intervention Specialist to join our team for the 25-26sy. The Intervention Specialist will work collaboratively with educators, students, and parents to create tailored learning experiences that address individual needs.
Duties
- Design and implement targeted intervention programs to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies through data analysis and feedback.
- Provide training and support for educators on best practices in intervention techniques and the use of LMS platforms.
- Develop comprehensive training materials that align with curriculum standards and instructional goals.
- Facilitate classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers on intervention practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), particularly Blackboard.
- Strong skills in training development, including the ability to write clear instructional materials.
- Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance instructional delivery.
- A background in classroom instruction or educational support roles is highly desirable.
