Job Summary
This is not a call center environment. This position is for a customer focused individual who likes problem solving and has an investigative mindset. This role is responsible for trouble shooting, answering questions and resolving issues to the full satisfaction of the customer.
This person will have an upbeat personality, excellent computer skills and will thrive in a fast paced work environment. The person in this role will communicate with our customers professionally through emails, phone calls and instant messaging. This individual is responsible for responding to our customers in a timely manner and will “wow” our customers with a customer first attitude!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
