Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals.
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and lead system
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or additional coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License through your state
Note: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
