I own a fast-growing Allstate Insurance business that sells insurance products to amazing customers. Yes, insurance, very sexy I know!
I am looking for someone in the Pueblo, Colorado area to join our team in a service role.
If you are the person that LOVES talking on the phone and helping people solve their problems, then you are what I am searching for. In this role you will be part of a team that pursues excellence and supports each other. It is very critical that you (1) Love solving problems (2) are proactive, (3) love to talk on the phone (4) truly care about people, and (5) can show up every day with no excuses. Please do not apply if you cannot answer yes to all 5 (sorry for the super long list).
To start, this will be a full-time position starting as soon as possible. Oh, and did I mention that we have an amazing team with no grouches? Wait, really?!? No Dwight Schrute? I know you’ve been looking for an incredible team, and we are it.
What will you be doing?
Helping our existing clients understand and manage their insurance products
Proactively calling clients to review policies and find insurance gaps
Presenting and selling company products & services to new and existing customers
Prospecting and contacting new customers
Supporting our agency team with any service related needs
Making jokes
Setting up appointments to help customers protect their dreams

Have Colorado Property & Casualty licenses or Personal Lines License
